Privacy policy

Draft for owner and legal review before launch.

What we collect

Only what you submit in a form (name, contact details, vehicle details, photos and messages) plus basic technical logs needed to keep the site secure. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to your request and, if you choose, to help you buy or sell a vehicle. We do not sell your information.

On your device

Your saved vehicles, comparisons, saved searches, form drafts and motion preference are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us unless you submit a form.

Analytics

If enabled, analytics record anonymous interactions (for example, "started the sell form"). They never include your name, email, phone or VIN.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your submission and photos at any time.
